The KAGWIRAWO Eyase campaign continues to deliver life-changing wins across Uganda, and this week’s winner is no exception. Douglas Luwemba, a teacher serving in Entebbe and Nansana, is the latest to walk away a victor, claiming one of the campaign’s prized boda-boda giveaways.

Douglas, known among friends as a devoted educator and a passionate lover of Aviator, was both elated and humbled by the win. He shared that participating in the Eyase campaign was more of a hopeful gamble than expectation but now, he says, this prize will go a long way in supporting his family and bolstering his daily commute.

His dual teaching roles, splitting time between Entebbe and Nansana, make reliable transport essential. Winning a boda-boda means not only convenience, but a meaningful upgrade to his mobility and livelihood.

Since its launch, KAGWIRAWO’s Eyase campaign has drawn widespread attention for its generous prize structure. The campaign runs for three months and offers a Toyota Wish as the headline prize every month. In addition, the campaign regularly gives away motorbikes (boda bodas), cash rewards, and other instant bonuses.

Earlier winners include bettors who walked away with UGX 1,000,000 in cash in weekly draws. The first winner of a brand-new car under the Eyase campaign was Christopher Ainembabazi, hailing from Sheema District, who took home the Toyota Wish.

According to campaign materials, more than just the headline car is at stake: there remain two more cars, six bodas, and numerous weekly cash prizes.

How the Campaign Works

To participate, users must register or log in to kagwirawo.ug and place bets on various products including football, casino games, virtual games, and notably Aviator. Each bet counts as an entry, giving participants a shot at the live prize draws.

The draws occur weekly, with the grand draws (for the cars) featuring on Tuesdays at 9:50 PM, streamed live on Galaxy TV and KBS TV.

KAGWIRAWO’s operations team, led in part by Rogers Mbalire, has emphasized that the campaign is a way to reward loyal users while also reinforcing the brand as a proud, Ugandan-built platform.

Eyes on the Grand Prize: A Car Awaits

With multiple prizes already claimed, the biggest reward still remains: the brand-new Toyota Wish that will be awarded monthly, plus the additional cars still in play.

Observers and participants alike are watching closely. Who will be next to nab the keys to that car? Will more teachers, professionals, everyday Ugandans join the list of winners?
